The solution
We built an online portal to provide streamlined access to all resources and simplify the sharing process.
With limited resources, we initially created interactive PDFs.

As we secured additional budget, we developed an online portal to host all assets and even created a leaderboard to rank sales representatives' social sharing activity.
Log in
Sales representatives can only log in to the portal using their corporate email addresses, ensuring security.

The latest featured assets are readily available, and brief descriptions explain the various verticals.
Campaign vertical
Email and social media assets are categorised for easy downloading. First-time users are prompted with instructions on how to download or share the assets on their LinkedIn profiles.


Profile
Users can add profile photo and upload their personal details.
Asset page
All the banners and emails are sorted based on the latest campaign date.


Leaderboard
A leaderboard tracks user activity, awarding points for shares and downloads. Rankings are updated instantly, fostering friendly competition and rewarding top performers.

The regional launch of the portal was a success. Assets are consistently updated to ensure its smooth operation.
